Personal Information is Confidential

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

We use the information to reply to your request and to maintain in our complaint database the information that you have provided us in completing the complaint form so as to enable other users of our site to query our database.

We might also use the information contained in your complaint or report as a subject of an article that we might from time to time post on this site. However, at no time shall we post or make available any personal information that you have provided such as your name or email. We will use your email address to respond to any letter that you send to us or to send you our electronic bulletin, Headlines if you have chosen to subscribe.

Exceptions - Required by law

We will not release, sell or provide any of your personal information to third parties except if such release is required by law. We cannot guarantee or be responsible for a third party that might unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.

No Computer Collection of Personal Information

Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors.

Our computer does recognize the site where a visitor "clicked-to-check" on our banners located on other sites, but we cannot identify the visitor or the visitor's address. Site information is used to confirm the numbers of visitors who have come to our site from other sites. No personal information is collected by us. In addition, our web site tracks the daily number of visitors to our site and the daily queries we receive or complaints or reports filed on our web sites. These statistics are compiled to better provide services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
