You may submit a Complaint in respect of:

• Online Auction Sellers who have not delivered goods, who have delivered defective goods or have engaged in deceptive practices in respect of items from whom you have purchased goods at an online auction.

• Online Businesses, Individuals, or Websites which have not delivered goods or service ordered, delivered defective goods or unsatisfactory services or have engaged in deceptive practices which you feel will be of concern to others.

• Internet Service Providers who have overbilled you, billed you for services not ordered, engaged in deceptive practices or delivered unsatisfactory services which you feel will be of concern to others.
