Don't use words, foreign or domestic. It is best to use special characters of the keyboard mixed in with letters such as &*1@. Use upper case and lower case letters and using punctuation marks.
You can use acronyms such as Teh!l, "The eagle has landed". The exclamation mark is for extra protection.
Use nonsense coined words that you make up and which are not found in any dictionary.
Don't use sequential characters of a keyboard like "tyuio" or "12345".
If you think your password has been discovered by a person who you do not want knowing, then change it immediately.
